Ingredients
4 leeks washed and chopped
2 medium sized potatoes chopped
1 tbsp butter or margarine
2 cups of water
½ cup of milk
1 vegetable stock cube
Salt and Pepper
Chopped parsley for garnish

Method

  1. Sauté the Vegetables gently in the butter or margarine for approximately 10 minutes. Add water and cook for about an hour and blend in a food processor.
  2. Return to Pan, add milk and seasoning. Do not allow to boil.
  3. Chill in refrigerator. Garnish with parsley and serve with Ol Seki fresh bread.
