I was lucky enough to spend the holiday season in Kenya and had a different type of a “white” Christmas as we had wonderful views of snow covered Mt. Kilimanjaro at Ol Kanjau. It was a unique holiday for me as my husband and I also celebrated our recent marriage with a 3 day traditional Samburu blessing ceremony at Ol Malo. You can see us in the masthead picture of this issue. As many of you know, there is nothing more romantic than a honeymoon safari.
